Our client is an expanding financial services company who are looking for a new talent partner to join their in-house team.

Working with the talent team you will be responsible for managing and running key searches across Europe. As a result we are also looking for language skills with English, French and German being key. You need to possess 2 of these three languages in order to be considered for this role.
Ideally you will be from a search background, this can be either internal or external but you need to be able to demonstrate an ability to run key (and senior) level mandates. Support to the mapping process will be provided and this role is much more focused towards running the searches and assessing the shortlist of talent.
To summarise you will need:
• A search and selection background.
• Educated to degree level.
• Multiple language capability, ideally 2 of English, French and German.
