Our client is a global tech start-up looking for a confident, self-directed, and experienced HR professional to join its team as Talent Partner Lead in Bangalore, India.

In this role you will be required to Manage end-to-end recruiting for a hyper-growth company, from development of sourcing plans and data driven analyses of recruitment process. Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with partners and vendors and build the talent community.
The ideal candidate will be someone who’s experienced, highly motivated, result-focused and comes with creative mindset with solid foundations in stakeholder management, great appreciation to market developments and changes. We are also looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Passion for learning and development, building on new skills and guide the team members.
- Experience within start-ups and tech-related industries.
- Drive improvements to enhance and scale overall recruiting process.
