Our client is a global data analytics software tech firm, looking to hire a Talent Sourcer
Location: London (Hybrid)
The purpose of the role as a talent sourcer, you will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify and engage exceptional talent to augment our candidate pipelines. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our Recruiting team, focusing on our technical campaigns.
Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking and direct outreach.
Screen and qualify prospective candidates.
Partner with Recruiting to develop sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking process with measurable metrics for a variety of positions, both technical and non-technical globally.
Collaborate with Recruiting teams to build recruiting life-cycles, including job description generation.
Be proactive; actively engage and partner with fellow Recruiting team members by providing ongoing status updates of sourcing activities and pipeline data.
Take on projects that advance the mission of our Recruiting Team including university partnerships.
Maintain accurate, well-documented candidate actions and notes within our Applicant Tracking System
