The successful candidate will be taking charge of end-to-end recruitment, will partner closely with hiring managers and executives to design proactive talent sourcing initiatives to meet business growth objectives. You would be accountable for development of sourcing plans and data driven analyses of recruitment process. Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with partners and vendors and build the talent community.
The ideal candidate will be someone who’s experienced, highly motivated, result-focused and comes with creative mindset with solid foundations in stakeholder management, great appreciation to market developments and changes. We are also looking for:
• Hands on tech recruiter, a Diversity and Inclusion Champion with minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Passion for learning and development, building on new skills and guide the team members.
• Experience within start-ups and tech-related industries.
• Drive improvements to enhance and scale overall recruiting process.
