Technical Recruiter - New York City
An exciting and fast-growing Tech company is looking to hire a passionate Technical Recruiter to be based in New York City.

You will partner with hiring managers focusing on a variety of technical, engineering, and design roles. You will be expected to source directly, use your network and partner with vendors to bring top talent to the organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and be relied upon to advise senior managers on recruitment strategy and market trends.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a tech start-up or recruitment agency, unquenchable curiosity, and strong project management skills. The culture is extremely collaborative and respectful, but relaxed and we are looking for someone who can excel in an ever-evolving environment. You will be a great communicator, goal-focused, and know how to manage expectations.
You must have:
- Minimum 3 years’ technical recruitment experience (internal or agency)
- High EQ and relationship management skills
- Positive and can-do attitude, coupled with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to present and speak with stakeholders at all levels
