They are seeking a technology recruiter to shape and realize their ambitious human capital goals.

Responsible for a significant portfolio of searches within the firm’s Systems, DevOps, and engineering groups
You’ll advise hiring managers throughout the search process as you define roles, design and execute a multi-channel candidate sourcing strategy, and develop candidates from first contact to close. You’ll also assess candidates rigorously while providing a positive experience, tracking key metrics, and measuring impact. As part of the role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage broader Recruiting initiatives.
In Addition You Must Have:
Candidates should have at least four years of recruiting experience within an in-house and/or search firm environment. Technical recruiting experience is highly preferred.
Keen attention to detail, superb organizational skills, sound judgment, analytical skills, and a client-focused approach are all required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to advise members of multiple business units credibly and persuasively on search strategy and tactics, are essential.
Prior experience in a role involving collaboration and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
