Job Description

Our client is an investment management firm known as a pioneer in quantitative investing and oversees approximately $60 billion in investment capital in hedge funds, private investments, and long-only focused strategies. They are seeking a technology recruiter to shape and realize their ambitious human capital goals. 


  • Globally recognized quantitative hedge fund giant that ended 2021 with double-digit gains for its two biggest funds

  • Responsible for a significant portfolio of searches within the firm’s Systems, DevOps, and engineering groups 


You’ll advise hiring managers throughout the search process as you define roles, design and execute a multi-channel candidate sourcing strategy, and develop candidates from first contact to close. You’ll also assess candidates rigorously while providing a positive experience, tracking key metrics, and measuring impact. As part of the role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage broader Recruiting initiatives. 


In Addition You Must Have: 

  • Candidates should have at least four years of recruiting experience within an in-house and/or search firm environment. Technical recruiting experience is highly preferred. 

  • Keen attention to detail, superb organizational skills, sound judgment, analytical skills, and a client-focused approach are all required. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to advise members of multiple business units credibly and persuasively on search strategy and tactics, are essential. 

  • Prior experience in a role involving collaboration and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is preferred. 

  • We welcome individuals with varying degree levels (BA, BS, MS, Ph.D.) from any field of study, as our firm has a long history of hiring applicants from the humanities and social sciences.
