Our client is an established wealth fund who is undergoing positive transformation to focus on a performance management culture. With this in mind they are now looking to upskill their HR function to ensure closer alignment to the business and looking to hire a Total Rewards Manager to report into the Head of HR. You will advise on best practice for total reward processes, contribute to the planning, design and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes. Manage and collaborate with internal and external partners on the devising of new and existing total reward schemes and implementing changes where necessary.
We need an established compensation and benefits manager who is comfortable working in a hands- on capacity and having full ownership to drive the reward initiatives and programs effectively. Must come from a financial services background.
