An exciting opportunity for a passionate Total Rewards professional to join an established Singaporean business with ambitious plans for growth and regional expansion. A traditional business pivoting towards fintech with a number of innovative consumer products in pipeline. Open to candidates from any industry background.
This is a newly created role to support the future growth plans and also the innovation they are looking to implement within the Total Rewards space. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will take on the responsibility for the entire compensation cycle for all customer facing staff; annual benchmarking and comparative analysis, presenting recommendations, reviewing performance management metrics, evaluating proposed increments and supporting line managers in their decision making. You will also undertake analysis of rewards structures in terms of bonuses and any other cash based incentives to ensure they remain competitive and front of market. In addition, you will work with the team on a project to re-evaluate all ancillary benefits being offered to ensure these are exciting, appealing and relevant to the workforce at different life and career stages.
We are looking for someone with experience across both compensation and benefits and who has strong data management and analytical skills. A consulting background may be useful as you will be both consulting and advising internal stakeholders as the organisation looks to change and innovate in this space. Confident communication and presentation skills are essential.
