Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Director of Group Compensation and Rewards.

  • Acting as the subject matter expert for the Annual Total Compensation Review and as such the key contact person for the markets supporting them for related queries. You prepare and execute the review focusing on end-to-end management regarding processes and HR systems. You help develop communication and change management materials to support the TCR execution via Workday and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). For a flawless TCR delivery, you partner with other Group Performance and Rewards (GPR) teams, Group HR Technology and HR IT, the markets, HR Business Partners and other internal and external partners.

  • Managing and prioritising requests on Workday Compensation and Benefits modules. By this you enhance current reward and benefits systems and processes against best-in-class approaches while maintaining proper HR governance and controls and also enable consistent capture of essential employee information for TCR and other compensation and benefits analytics.

  • Participate in and coordinate UAT to ensure Workday system enhancements are aligned to the firm’s requirements and partner with other teams to maintain and update global Compensation and Benefits process maps

  • Organise and facilitate regular huddles to connect amongst the markets and share updates. Create and maintain knowledge articles for Compensation & Benefits in Workday to ensure a common understanding and implementation.

 

Background

  • At least 10 years rewards experience from a leading financial services firm

  • Workday experience is essential
