Job Description

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Lead HR advisor to the APAC Global Markets busines, by planning, organizing, implementing and administering daily end-to-end support

  • Proactively manage the needs of the client groups on annual processes such as salary & bonus review, performance management, headcount and budget planning

  • Lead special human resources projects as assigned by the manager and regional Head of Human Resources

  • Act as the key regional liaison contact for the Global Markets business, coordinating all HR related activities and keeping the business abreast of issues and challenges.

  • Provide overall human resources support to the line managers to ascertain their needs and recommend effective human resources solutions

  • Comply and adhere to local employment laws and regulations, and educate both business and global HR partners as required



  • At least 8 years HRBP experience covering front office areas from a leading financial services organisation

  • No Chinese language skills required
