Our client is a leading Financial Institution with strong credit ratings across the globe. They are looking for a high performing HR Business Partner in Singapore. You will be the trusted HR business partner to the department leaders in Singapore and across APAC for the front office.

Reporting to the Human Resource Executive Director, you will be driving and executing the people agenda through strategic advice and delivery of best-practice services to the business. You will be the point of contact for all HR issues in the APAC region and executing HR plans tied to the Business’s strategies.
Responsibilities:

To play an active role in key talent decisions, rewards and welfare
-
To manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support in ongoing HR projects
-
Design and support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Partner with country HR teams as well as other HR specialist teams on providing comprehensive and cohesive HR services to help the business meet its goals.
The ideal candidate should be proactive and collaborative on all aspects related to people. You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. In addition, you will have the following –

At least 8 years of HR Business Partnering experience

Strong talent assessment and good business acumen

Good knowledge of the local labour law and HR practices and procedures

Strong stakeholder’s management
