Job Description

We are currently working with a leading global sell side who are looking to add a Head of HR operations for APAC to drive operational efficiencies across the HR delivery model.


Job Description:

  • Manage a team of 8 to support the daily operation work within the “Centre of Excellence”

  • Lead team to operate per the structured support model and set procedures, enforce accuracy and consistency in operations across covering BUs and locations

  • Work closely with the functional stakeholders to identify business needs, engage team to deliver quality support to end users

  • Encourage the culture of standardization within team, drive the initiatives to document operational processes for support continuity and knowledge sharing purpose

  • Leverage Firm resources to optimize and streamline processes when applicable, explore automation / technology solutions

  • Identify processes/parts of processes that can be offshored

  • Expand the current support functions to all Asia locations and align with the global CoE models where possible

  • Owner of the induction trainings for the regional HRBP joiners

  • Owner of the regional HR document templates, liaise with internal stakeholders and Legal to create / modify templates subject to legislation or operational updates

  • Employee Lifecycle:

    • Ensure accurate and consistent data of new hires & employees is saved in Workday and other HR systems

    • Administrative support on various HR letters and documents

    • Handle termination and off boarding admins

  • Talent Management:

    • Manage employee enrolments and manager nominations to training programs, work closely with the Talent COE on training reporting requests

    • Provide admin support on the PE, promotion process, succession planning Compensation, Data and Reporting



  • At least 10 years’ experience in HR operations & at least 2 years’ experience managing the team
