Working closely with the VP HR, this role is responsible for the full operation of Compensation & Benefit programmes for senior executives of the group. You will drive change in the region to ensure reward programmes are aligned with business needs, market trends and the broader HR strategies globally, and develop C&B strategies across reward framework, job evaluation, surveys, mobility, executive compensation, and group projects. The role also requires effective engagement with regional HR teams and business stakeholders to review existing programmes and to recommend market competitive and cost-efficient C&B practices.
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 15 years of HR experience in Rewards/ Compensation & Benefits gained from fast-paced multinationals. Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices as well as seasoned market analyses and pay structure experiences are highly sought. We are also seeking:
• Degree qualification
• Sound project management skills coupled with strong numerical sense and analytical ability
• An influential leader who is able to work with all levels and nationalities
• Outstanding communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin fluency would be ideal
