Our client, one of the world’s leading Financial Services firms, is seeking a dynamic, client-oriented Senior HR Business Partner for their Shanghai office.

Reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR, you will provide HR support to a number of client groups across the firm, including employee relations, talent, performance management and general HR advisory.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR generalist with a strong track record covering client groups within financial services. They will have the ability to manage a small team of juniors, and the HR knowledge to allow them to contribute to continuous improvement of the function.
Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
• At least ten years’ background in HR in APAC.
• Substantial banking/financial services industry experience
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
