An international bank with regional HQ in Singapore is looking for an experienced HRBP from a banking/FS background to join the HR team in this newly created role. The role will have a regional focus with a footprint across 10+ countries although the biggest headcount is based locally.
The role will act as the trusted advisor to a number of business units providing strategic HR advice and guidance to senior stakeholders operating at Director level and above. You will be the interface between this strategy and your peers in CoE ensuring that initiatives are strategically aligned and relevant to both the stakeholders agenda and colleagues in different cohorts. A key focus will be talent management/development and employee engagement as the bank looks to grow their Singaporean team and offer opportunity to all colleagues across the region.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record of achievement in a banking/FS environment but this can be aligned to any areas of operation. What is most important is an innovative mindset and experience of navigating through change to deliver great outcomes. Confident communication skills and evident experience of engaging with Director level and above are essential.
