Reporting to the Head of HR, this role is responsible for providing quality services across recruitment, employee relations, learning & development and performance management. You will plan the annual manpower planning framework and drive talent acquisition to meet dynamic business needs; and assist the Head of HR in devising a performance management system to build a high-achieving organization culture. This will also oversee employee relations and engagement programmes, as well as working with prestigious institutions on Management Trainee and internship programmes.
We are looking an HR generalist or business partner with a minimum of 8 years’ experience gained from the financial sector. You will have a high adaptability to different cultures and be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team. In addition we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification, ideally in HR Management
• Sound understanding of HK and China employment ordinances
• Passion in talent acquisition and employee relations
• Language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
