This is a senior leadership role and you will lead and provide expertise from Training to Talent Development and Talent Management, supporting regional, functional and brand objectives. You will partner with and influence functional leaders, ensuring that all strategies, programs and resources are aligned globally. Programme management is a core part of the role, including cultural, leadership, talent development, performance management and coaching. This role will directly manage a corporate L&D team while overseeing a sizable global employee population.
We are looking for a seasoned and passionate HR leader with a minimum of 15 years experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development/ Talent Management. The right individual should come from sizable multinationals with a global mindset. Industry exposure in luxury goods, lifestyle, consumer goods or hospitality would be an asset but not essential.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Openness to travel
• Ability to analyse financial data and manage budgets
• Outstanding influential, presentation and communication skills
