VP of Human Resources – Eastern Region
Our client is a world leader in the property management industry, looking for a VP of Human Resources with proven success driving HR strategy, company culture, and people processes across large regions. This role is based in east-central New Jersey and reports into the Regional President.

You will play a critical role leading the HR function with responsibility across the eastern region of the US. You will work directly with senior leadership to align all HR activities and direct local HR teams around recruitment and retention, organizational growth, performance management, and employee relations issues. The role will have global relationships and requires a candidate who possesses a bigger picture, global mindset.
We are ideally looking for someone with a strong generalist/business partner background in a large Real Estate or Hospitality organization. We are also looking for an individual who has the depth of HR experience in order to better serve the business, but at the same time, is willing to roll up their sleeves in order to do the operational and implementation aspects of the role. You should also have extensive experience in leading and developing a team.
In addition, we are also looking for:
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of comprehensive HR experience
- Proactive, problem-solving mentality and excellent communication skills
- Experience in leading large and regional teams
- Strong stakeholder management experience
