VP of People & Culture - New York City

In this challenging role, you will use your generalist expertise to proactively partner with senior business stakeholders and provide strategic consultation in the design and execution of all people-related initiatives. By leveraging your industry and HR processes knowledge, you will guide the organization through organic evolution; focusing on elevating the employee experience through organizational development, talent management, performance feedback, employee relations, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and other HR operations. In order to successfully influence and advise organizational leaders, you must have business partnering experience and a strong knowledge of U.S. employee compliance policies. 


We are ideally looking for someone with a high level of business acumen who is able to see potential issues before they arise and act as a champion of change, finding alternative long term solutions in a complex, fast-paced business. You will be a creative problem-solver and organized project manager, with excellent interpersonal skills and desire to improve the people experience!


In addition, we are also looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of People/ HR experience
  • Background in fast-paced, creative industries 
  • Must have outstanding communications skills and high emotional intelligence
