Located in New York City, our client is a world leader in the entertainment industry, looking for a VP of Talent Acquisition. You must have proven success driving talent acquisition strategy within an ambiguous environment.

You will work closely with the business to determine needs, provide recommendations on the recruitment strategy, utilize technology and creative sourcing techniques and network internally and externally, to keep up-to-date with industry trends in TA strategy.
The ideal candidate has a solid background recruiting all levels (including executive and lateral recruitment) in global organizations. You will be an EVP Brand Champion, responsible for the delivery of compelling content to attract potential candidates. We are looking for an extremely pro-active leader who gets excited about building relationships and partnering with the business.
In addition, you will have:
- Minimum 10-15 years’ experience
- Experience building and leading a team
- Excellent external research and competitive intelligence capability within TA function (experience obtaining data about unknown competitors)
- Experience driving recruitment solutions in an international setting
- Experience driving digital marketing and social media strategy
