Reporting to the Head of COE, this role has been created to support the upscaling of the group’s talent strategiess and processes, and will be responsible for the end to end talent development and management spectrum for the group. You will design, develop and implement talent development programmes, tools and processes in close partnership with HR partners and internal stakeholders. You will work on succession, leadership, hi-po development, learning, performance management and organization effectiveness, at a time where the organization is expanding rapidly.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 15 years’ relevant HR experience with a minimum of 10 years specialized in talent development/ talent management. You will have gained extensive regional experience from sizable, dynamic multinationals. Previous consulting experience is highly beneficial. In addition we are also looking for:
• Degree qualifications or above
• A highly proactive individual with outstanding business partnering and communication skills
• Solid change management experience
• Language fluency in English and preferably in Cantonese and Mandarin
