Our client is a global financial services business looking to hire a Wellbeing Lead. The organisation prides itself on its inclusive and flexible culture.
This is a new role which sits within the wider Global Talent Team. The role requires someone who can be both operational and also add strategic value to the global Wellbeing strategy.
You will be responsible for shaping the Wellbeing strategy from identifying key metrics, budgets, events and campaigns, policy improvements and work closely with your broader HR counterparts and the business in order to provide subject matter expertise.
