Job Description

Duties & responsibilities:

HRIS (Workday) Administrative Support

Working closely with local HR & Office Operations teams, manage and input all Core HCM entries into Workday for APAC offices, including but not limited to: new hires, terminations, employee transfers, cost center changes etc

Full ownership of employee personal data updates as required

Creation & Maintenance of job requisition and position entries for recruiting processes

Coordinate & Guide new hires through their Workday onboarding processes

Manage regular & ad hoc reporting requests, including but not limited to: headcount, contingent worker end date audit, visa / passport expiry audit etc

Respond to Employee inquiries as required

Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Working closely with APAC Finance on payroll management; process owner of our HK, Singapore, and Sydney payroll, with potential to expand coverage to other APAC offices in the near term (eg. Korea)

Management, tracking, releasing, and general coordination of any special, one-off, leaver payments, tax withholding requirements etc outside of standard payroll with APAC Finance / external payroll vendors

Responsible for all Benefits-related entries (including Time Off and Leave of Absence tracking) within Workday

Process owner of Benefits administration for selected APAC offices, ie. Benefits enrollment & termination, coordination both within Workday and with external vendors & providers

Management of Benefits premium payment for selected APAC policies, computing cost allocation and coordination of invoice settlement



At least 4 years experience working with WorkDay – covering all modules

Based in Hong Kong

Ideally have Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
