The Job:

  • Exciting opportunity for a Talent Attraction/Marketing professional to join this fast-paced, high growth commercial real estate/technology firm across the APAC region.  Working closely with the region’s Talent Acquisition, HR and Business Leaders you will ensure market awareness in developing/promoting the brand as an employer of choice for top talent in the region.  Huge growth potential. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Imagine and implement marketing, advertising, and talent attraction activities and events in order to build pipeline and hires for full-time positions at all levels 

  • Be a storyteller - position the company as the employer of choice for target groups and target markets 

  • Ensure proper roll-out and change management of talent attraction programming through detailed project management and communications 

  • Help organise and execute regional Campus/Internship Recruiting 

  • Work with talent partners to localise and execute Diversity & Inclusion talent attraction programming tailored to regional needs 

  • Research, evaluate, grow and manage regional partnerships with recruitment vendors and partners 

  • Develop and report on the success of your programme efforts to key stakeholders 

  • Keep your regions’ work coordinated with HQ and the Talent Attraction COE

  

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience and proven ability developing and executing marketing, advertising, and events strategies in the APAC region 

  • Understanding of recruiting, ATS systems, programmes and processes a strong plus 

  • Analytical and performance-based mind set and philosophy towards measuring success 

  • A love for constant change and a fast-paced work environment 

 

Competencies:

  • Ability to work with internal and external teams, organisations, and geographies to deliver outstanding results 

  • Ability to influence outcomes without having direct reporting authority 

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to drive programs independently 

  • Strong presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to a broad, diverse audience
