Our client is high profile FMCG retailer with strong global presence especially in Hong Kong. As part of the business expansion and employer branding exercise, they are hiring for an Assistant Recruitment Manager to support their back office hirings.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will develop strong relationships with line managers and be the internal HR consultant advising appropriate and first-tier recruitment strategies aligned with fast changing business needs. You will assist with bulk back office recruitment hires, help with organizing career fairs and recruitment talks, to ensure a positive company brand is promoted to candidates and customers. You will also have good relationship with recruitment agencies and strong network with hiring the best candidates for positions up to manager levels, whilst leading a team of 2 pax to ensure an all round recruitment strategy is in place for the business.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience, best be from a fast-paced industry environment such as retail and FMCG. You will have sound knowledge with all aspects of the recruitment process and the latest recruitment channels as the best aids to hiring the best people for the business. Personality wise, you’d be a results driven individual with experience managing a small team who can also cope with a stress-attached and fast changing environment.
