Our client is a leading global organisation who is now looking for an innovative compensation professional to join it’s team.

This is a replacement role reporting to the global head of compensation and benefits (C&B) based in Europe and will be part of the broader global C&B team. The role is predominantly project focused and will work with the broader global team to ensure that the policy and strategy of the C&B team aligns closely with that of the business. The role will act as a direct supporting role to the global leader, looking at key global projects around the broader C&B strategy. This is not regarded as an operational role and therefore you will need to demonstrate solid expertise in managing large regional/global projects. The company is one that is truly global and therefore you will be expected to do some morning or evening calls as/when required.
We are looking for an individual that has ideally worked in consulting during their career and who can compliment that experience with some in-house knowledge. A demonstration of good strategic work around sales incentive schemes would be ideal, as would the knowledge of having worked in a global organisation that experiences nuances with these processes. Management capability would be preferred, however that is not essential. In addition we are also looking for:
- Sales compensation experience.
- Experience of working at board level.
- Excellent communication skills.
