One of the region’s leading retail company is looking for an exceptional recruitment leader who possesses a strategic view and has a dedicated, enthusiastic work ethic to join their growing team.

Leading a large recruitment across Singapore, you will consult with senior managers to strategise, identify and define current and future staffing needs in support of the company’s business objectives and increasing hiring demands.  You will be responsible for providing overall leadership, management and development of staff to build a strong talent acquisition organisation and will partner with the regional counterparts to ensure technology solutions deliver a more integrated and seamless approach to fulfilling talent acquisition needs.  You will consult and advise senior business leaders on recruitment strategies and solutions to sustain and support business success.  Additionally you will establish performance metrics to continually assess the effectiveness of the team and its progress.

You will be an exceptional leader and will be recognised for achievements related to hiring, retaining and developing a high performing team supporting both a volume based and specialised skills based recruitment environment.  You will have a strong, demonstrated leadership capability in addition to well-developed interpersonal skills with a proven technical expertise in recruitment, and a strong focus on innovation.  You will have outstanding communication skills with the ability to fluently articulate business strategy and operations, translating organisational strategies into clear objectives and business actions.   We are also looking for:

• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive recruitment experience in an in-house or RPO environment

• Minimum five years in a leadership recruitment role managing teams delivering recruitment solutions

• Experience working in a rapidly changing, highly complex matrixed environment
