Due to business expansion, this person will play a critical role as an influential advisor to support a growing revenue generating business group. You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of HR duties such as: employee relations, manpower planning, organizational development and other Ad-Hoc HR projects on a regional level. The role will also require effective engagement with regional HR teams and senior business stakeholders.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active HR Generalist/HR Business Partner with a minimum of 8 years of experience gained from multinational environment. This new role will require someone who can embrace and drive changes with confidence and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in change management and ability to work closely with business will be highly beneficial.
In addition we are looking for:

- A team player and self-motivated individual who thrives in a growing environment
- Strong track in providing strategic advice to the business
- Language fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
