A leading global investment bank is looking to hire an experienced and passionate Executive Recruiter to be based in New York City.
- Focus solely on director and above positions in the front office
- Partner with senior leaders
- Full-time role directly with the bank
Working within a small team of executive recruiters, you will manage executive level recruitment for the front office. You will manage up to 10 roles at any one time and will partner with senior leaders to attract and engage director-level and above candidates. Partnering with search firms, sourcing directly and using your own network, you will be responsible for ensuring senior candidates are managed effectively and have an excellent candidate experience. You will be a trusted adviser to senior leaders and will have a seat at the table for all recruitment-related matters.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably from both agency and corporate sides. You must have experience recruiting front office positions at the executive level. This role partners heavily with senior leaders so the ideal candidate has very strong communication skills, can manage expectations and is especially good at listening to a client’s needs and providing advice and support around recruiting strategy. You must be comfortable working in fast-paced, global environment where priorities are always changing. In addition you must have:
- A very good understanding of front office recruitment
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment
- Experience managing the relationship with executive search firms
- A Bachelor’s degree
