The Job:
Our Client, a leading global Professional Services firm, is hiring a Head of Consulting for their Philippines HR Change & Transformation Team.  Leading this high-performance, progressive team you will manage, develop and grow their Regional offering.
 
Responsibilities:   
 
Hands-on involvement in the development and delivery of the go-to-market strategies 
Develop business leadership and strategic business development, sales and client management skill sets
Planning and managing resource levels within the Market, in collaboration with the Country CEO and Business Leaders
Attracting, retaining and developing talent
 
 
Skills/Experience:
Educated to MBA/Masters level, ideally in Psychology or Business/Economics related subjects
Extensive Management Consulting experience essential 
Ability to demonstrate previous successful and effective strategic Team leadership, ideally across Asia 
Circa 15+ years of experience
