My client is a leader in its industry and due to the growth of the business in China, they are now looking for an experienced HR leader to lead a team of HR professionals to support the business.

Reporting to the Head of HR, APAC you will be the Head of HR for across 3 sub-regions locations across North Asia. You will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of HR services related to: recruitment, development, employee relations and engagement, performance management, and compensation. You will also play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the business.
In addition, you will have the opportunities to work closely with the business in understanding the challenges it is facing and to provide solutions. We are looking for a seasoned HR leader with a minimum of 12 years of HR BP experience from MNCs.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid HR experience with strong team management experience and the ability to work closely with the business.
In addition to this they are also looking for:
• Self-starter and independent but need to be a team player when required
• Proactive, resilience and adaptability to change
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
