Our client is a global recruitment firm organisation that is looking for a new Recruitment Manager to join their HR team.

The business was originally focused on working with clients and candidates in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and, since 2008, the company has been through constantly growth, expanding their business throughout Americas too.
Due to the massive growth of the company, our client is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to help our leaders deliver the plan. We see this role broken in to 4 key areas:
Direct hiring: You will be expected to work closely with our managers and in partnership ensure we are hiring the best recruiters in the market.
Future leaders: They run graduate assessment centres. You will be expected to drive these initiatives all around the globe.
Achieving our goals: Working closely with their Regional CEO’s, you will put in place a road map and key targets for hiring.
Employer branding: You will work closely with our in-house marketing team to make sure our employer branding remains at the forefront of the industry
We are looking for a senior professional that has the right balance between strategic and operational and would be happy with being hands on, while there is a reporting to the senior executives you will also be required to find and place people within the business. It is essential that you have experience in managing the 360 recruitment process and be comfortable working in a fast paced and commercial environment. Alongside this we are also looking for:
- A Recruitment or Account Handling background
- An experienced recruiter
- An understanding of what sales people need to be successful.
