Our client is a global mid-size Investment Management Firm looking for an experienced HR Business Partner.

As the senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing support across all HR disciplines to teams located in 13 countries. A senior and key member of the team, the HR Business Partner is expected to complement the Head of Human Capital Management in the region and provide mentorship and direction to the other team members. The team is highly collaborative and team members work together closely to provide support and guidance to the business. A high level of engagement through lively debate and challenge is the norm within the team. New ideas are encouraged and continuous improvement of HR delivery is expected.
You will be expected to serve as an advisor to the business on all people and talent related strategies, execute key people development processes including performance reviews, talent management, year-end compensation, advancement and diversity. You will contribute to strategic HR projects and continuously seek to identify ways to improve current practices, but also ensure policies are maintained and updated in line with legislation or firmwide changes. As an HR Business Partner you will also partner with functional colleagues to ensure effective delivery across all other HR related disciplines including recruiting, learning, global mobility, employee relations and benefits.

We ideally are looking for someone with a strong HR background and proven experience in delivering high quality HR support to a demanding client base, as well as extensive experience interacting with senior stakeholders in advisory capacity. You will also have had exposure to regional offices outside of the UK. Prior experience working within Asset Management or Financial Services industry is essential. In addition we are looking for:
- Graduate calibre; ideally CIPD Qualified
- Workday experience preferred
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible outlook with ability to perform in a pressurised environment
- Pro-active approach to problem-solving
- Accurate and analytical with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively
