HR Director – New York City
Located in New York City, our client is a global non-profit organization, looking for an HR Director with proven success driving best-in-class HR strategy across global offices.

This role will sit on the HR Leadership team and report directly to the CHRO. In this challenging role, you will use your HR expertise to proactively partner with business stakeholders to enhance the capability of the business. You will look to execute and conduct the core HR cycles of comp reviews, talent and performance reviews, talent acquisition/workforce planning, learning and development, HR compliance, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies. You will have in-depth understanding of HR’s role in key business decisions and be able to apply that to an ambiguous and high performing culture.
We are ideally looking for someone with a strong, business partnering background who has worked in established organisations (from a mature HR structure) and brings a high level of business acumen. This individual must be able to identify potential issues before they arise and find alternative long term solutions.
In addition, we are also looking for:
- Min. 12 years’ relevant HR experience (regional leadership experience required)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Results-focused without hindering a creative atmosphere
- Able to work in a fast pace, ambiguous environment
