Our client is a commercial organisation who are now looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to support the Global Group Corporate Functions.
- Reporting into the Global People Director
- The role is based in London however it offers great flexible working set-up and opportunity to work from home
As the HR Manager you will be an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a fast paced and demanding environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day HR encompassing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, employee relations, people development, performance management, payroll approval, appraisals, reward and remuneration etc.
This is a hands-on 360 HR role, which is perfect for an enthusiastic, engaging individual, who enjoys variety in their working day and is not afraid to get involved in the day-to-day operations. A person in this role will be working closely with individuals at all levels, including the senior leadership team and it requires someone who feels confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
Additionally, you will also be involved in global HR projects related to the broader organisation’s strategy and rolling them out in the region.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of working as a hands on HR generalist ideally coming from a corporate environment where you need to be hands on as well as strategic. Additionally we are looking for:
- High level interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Previous experience of building effective relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive attitude
