A fortune top 100 organization is looking to hire an HR Manager to be based in their Houston, TX office.

As the HR Manager, you will support several client groups across the south-central region of the United States. Expect to work closely with senior management teams, providing insightful problem-solving, leadership, and direct support for multiple employee groups. We are ideally looking for someone with a strong generalist background and experience supporting a mix of corporate and industrial clients.
This role will cover a broad range of HR functions, including organizational effectiveness, performance management, process re-engineering, change management, talent acquisition, development and retention, M&A integration and union relation matters. The successful applicant will be a motivated and passionate individual willing to immerse themselves into the organization to provide appropriate direction and leadership to their team.
You Must Have:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR
- Excellent at prioritizing and proven stakeholder/relationship management skills
- Ability to work through ambiguity and a high level of resilience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Union relations experience is preferred.
