My client is one of the fastest growing law firms in the UK company and is placed in the Fast Track Top 100 companies. Due to this successful growth they are looking to hire an ambitious and energetic HR Manager.
You will be given full autonomy to run the HR function, as a Generalist to combine employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, performance management, disciplinary and grievances and the development of new projects. This role requires someone who can cope with a flexible entrepreneurial environment, rather than one that is highly systematic or procedural.
Due to the nature of the environment, the ability to adapt quickly to scenarios and have a flexible mindset is essential.
You must have a strong academic background, ideally be CIPD qualified and have a proven track record as a HR Generalist or someone who is looking to step up into a HR Manager role.
My client is particularly interested in candidates from Management Consultancy, Financial Services or Legal backgrounds, however all will be considered at this stage as long as you have a proven track record of success both academically and professionally.
