Working closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders this role will provide organizational insights and best practices that drive continuous improvement, and to evaluate and identify most effective HR operating models. You will apply structured methodologies and people analytics to lead change activities and integrate plans into projects while supporting local markets in implementing new initiatives. Listening to employees’ voice and working closely with the HR Shared Service teams, you will look at revamping HR service delivery and streamlining processes to support new business strategies and organization design in order to drive culture and performance.
We are looking for a passionate HR professional with a minimum of 15 years of sound experience gained from multinationals in process improvement, HR analytics, change and project management. The ideal candidate will have gained HR and capability development skills from complex multi-market change programmes. The role will require the ability to engage stakeholders across geographic locations, cultures, levels, and functions.
