Our client is a fast growing market leader and they are looking for a result driven Learning & Development (L&D) Expert to join their growing HR team.

Reporting to a seasoned Senior L&D Manager, you will be responsible for all Learning & Development matters in the group. Specifically, you will play a key role in related initiatives and projects, to align with the talent development strategy and L&D framework.
The successful candidate will have hands on L&D experience and have good influencing skills. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and able to build good working relations across the organisation. Trilingual proficiency (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) is highly advantageous. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant L&D Manager.
In addition we are also looking for:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
L&D projects/experience is ideal
Excellent people skills with analytical/commercial mindset
