You will support the Head of Learning & Development in the designing of training and learning contents. You will be working alongside Senior Programme Managers to consultant with various stakeholders to identify learning needs in order to design, develop, and delivery effective learning solutions. As well as having responsibility for the development of various programmes, you will review existing training courses and customise these to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness. As a holistic L&D role, you are responsible for the operational aspects of work including logistics, administration, and vendor management. In addition, you will be involved in training evaluation and projects.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business subject. You should be a self-starter and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to perform a consultative role, possess strong networking abilities as well as excellent organisation and project management. We are also looking for the following –
• At least three years of HR experience within the financial services industry (L&D preferred)
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
