An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global organization that has an extensive footprint across the globe. They are now seeking a proactive and independent Payroll Specialist to join their HR team to support the company’s regional team on a 6 months contract.

This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for managing and executing the full payroll process, the administration of pension plans, and tax reporting matters. You will be liaising with internal customers to ensure accuracy of necessary data and also working closely with the external payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate calculations. This role will be required to work closely with the global payroll team and will act as the main point of contact for all related queries by various stakeholders. Additionally, you may also be responsible for coordinating with expat management vendors in regards to regional tax and Employment Visa matters.
This role will be suitable for someone who enjoys working within a dynamic multinational environment, with global teams across the world, and is a self-starter. You should have excellent communications and reasoning skills, be able to work autonomously, adaptable to change, and meticulous in order to succeed in this role.
We are looking for someone with -
• Minimum of five (5) years’ payroll experience
• Vendor management experience
• In-depth knowledge of local payroll/tax legislation and employment laws
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, self-driven and hands-on attitude
