Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activities across different supply chain and retail functions in Hong Kong. You will stay active and utilize multiple social networks, recruitment platforms and fairs to identify talent as well as plan-create job announcements innovatively to attract applicants.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience obtained from fast paced and high volume environment. You will possess good stakeholder partnership skills to meet hiring goals and expectations from multiple department managers.
You will need the experience and maturity to interview and evaluate candidates. In addition we are looking for:
• A degree qualification
• Able to perform under high pressure
• Flexible recruiter with high level of integrity
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese.
