Our client is a mission driven Tech Start-up (in the health and well-being space), seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team in New York City.
You will work with the People team in a variety of analytical tasks and participate in the design and implementation of compensation structures for the company. You will conduct benchmarking surveys, research competitor proxy statements, manage company policies and procedures with respect to long-term incentive (LTI) awards, conduct merit planning and assist with the creation and distribution of all compensation related material.
The ideal candidate is a natural go-getter who is able to work on multiple projects at a time with limited direction in an organized and professional manner. You should be an “Excel Whiz” and pride yourself on attention to detail and analytical skills as well as have extensive knowledge on government regulations. Given the fast-paced and changing environment, you must be able to adapt and prioritize their workload accordingly and communicate effectively with management and employees at all levels.
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 years of compensation experience (Tech industry preferred)
- Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
