Reporting to the HRBP, you will mainly be responsible for C&B operations for the regional office covering payroll, process coordination, expatriate management, market benchmarking, preparing salary proposals and working with external consultancies. There will be some project exposure and we are seeking someone with potential to become an Assistant Manager.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and proactive C&B specialist who can be a good team player. You will support the business in its HR operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency. It is important that you can support the business in its C&B, and HR operations requirements and closely monitors the accuracy and efficiency of the unit.
We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a generalist or C&B function
• Experience gained from sizeable multinational company
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a language fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
