In this role you will lead the strategic design and development of talent management programmes and build out the talent foundation for a fast-paced business.  You will coach HR Business Partners and empower them in delivering talent initiatives, and advise them on performance-management and succession planning deployment.  Programme design and implementation on leadership as well as trainee and internship programmes will also be key to the role.


We are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 years’ learning & development experience with a minimum of 3 years focused on talent management.  Experience gained from sizable multinationals would be preferred.  


In addition, we are looking for:

Degree qualification

A deep understanding of talent tools and the know-how of putting programmes together

An analytical, independent and mature individual

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English
