Reporting to the VP HR, this role has been created to support the change project of the group’s HR operating model, and will be responsible for the end to end talent development spectrum for Asia Pacific. You will design, develop and implement talent development strategies, programmes, tools and processes in close partnership with HR partners and internal stakeholders. You will work on succession, leadership, hi-po development, learning, performance management and organization effectiveness. You will also align these with global to achieve growth objectives for the region.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 15 years’ relevant HR experience with a minimum of 10 years specialized in talent development/ talent management. You will have gained extensive regional experience from sizable, dynamic multinationals and have worked in very matrix organizations. Previous consulting experience is beneficial.
In addition we are also looking for:
• Degree qualifications or above
• A highly proactive individual with outstanding business partnering and communication skills
• Solid change management experience
• Language fluency in English
