Our client is boutique asset management firm looking to hire a dedicated and results oriented professional for the position of Team Administrator/ Coordinator for their high-performing team. 

  • Report into the Head of Department
  • London based

In this challenging role, you will be a face of the company responsible for supporting the team with organisation and coordination of conferences and other meetings. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the inbox and various internal databases
  • Supporting with the origination of bespoke field-trips, including travel and logistics
  • Liaising with clients globally
  • Contributing to a hardworking, high-performing team with a focus on results
  • Working on ad hoc requests where needed

We are looking for someone with a previous experience working in an admin/ coordinator role, ideally from financial services organisation. To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised professional who thrives working in a fast paced environment. You will be proactive and able to work without much supervision. In addition, we are looking for:

  • University degree 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
  • Strong systems and technology skills
  • Ability to deliver a high volume of work in an efficient and professional manner
