Our Client, a global-reach Business Services firm, is looking to hire a capable Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations, social media support interactions/out-put quality, performance, compliance and policies for their Client.
Ability to identify and grow talent, lead, motivate and coach direct reports
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization
Experience working within either a Call Center, tech or service/sales environment
Project management experience
Social Media’s expectation: 70% of allocated time is dedicated to social media functionality
