Duties & responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle various HR administrative tasks, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and file maintenance
  • Manage employee data and ensure accuracy in HR systems
  • Coordinate employee benefits and payroll processes
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
  • Support HR team in organizing training and development initiatives
  • Respond to employee queries and provide HR-related support
  • Assist in tracking HR metrics and preparing HR reports
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations from a law firm or from a firm with a partnership structure
