SVP, APAC HR Operations (Leading European Asset Manager) – base up to $HK 1.8 million

Duties & responsibilities:

      • Develop, implement & provide advice on HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and regulations
      • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
      • Oversee full employee lifecycle 
      • Coordinate performance management systems and ensure they are aligned with company objectives
      • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions when needed
      • Manage HR systems and ensure data accuracy and security
      • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR needs are met and integrated into overall company strategy
      • Conduct regular audits and reports on HR activities and make recommendations for improvements
      • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
      • Mentor and develop HR staff to enhance department efficiency and effectiveness



  • At least 10 years’ HR operations experience from a leading financial services firm
  • Open to candidates coming from the New York or London markets
